Xmas Rant

Instead of using XMAS for Christmas, why not just give it a more descriptive name. You know, something that really defines what the holiday has become. Here are a few of my suggestions.

1. "It's Ok to ignore everyone the rest of the year"-DAY
or

2. "Kill a conifer for Christ and let it rot in your house"-DAY
or

3. "They will love you if you spent enough on them"-DAY
or

4. "Give unto Ceasar"-DAY
or

5. "Let's somehow rationalize the message of the person the holyday is named for,with what it has become"-DAY
or

6. "Let's make up another lie for children to believe"-DAY
or

7. "Let's teach kids it is OK to believe in imaginary beings and fairy tales"-DAY
or

8. "Let's be surprised, when our kids "grow-up" and join cults that teach superstitious non-sense because that's what they were programmed to do every December when they were children"-DAY
or

9. "Let's make everyone in the world believe our myths on December 25 or call them godless and child-haters because they won't teach their children that it's OK to make shit up or lie because everyone else is doing it"-DAY
or

10. "It's Ok to pretend that Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Atheist, etc. parents of children want to celebrate your intolerantly bigoted and hateful religion with you, and love the idea that they and their children are viewed as somehow inferior for not wanting to have it shoved down their throats for 4 solid weeks a year in anticipation of the one day you pretend to accept people in the name of a being that is all but ignored on that day, and if fact, the rest of the year"-DAY

11. "If there is a way to actually take his name in vain, Christmas is it !"-DAY
or

12. "Christ All-F***ing-Mighty - if he ever did exist, he would hate the absolute blasphemy and hypocracy of it !"-DAY
